Prices are good, but the shopping experience is NOT! They don't have shopping carts, very difficult to navigate with a walking cane and hold boxes of footwear.
Easily the best choice you can make if like me, you like quality at a bargain price. They’re surprisingly well stocked across a wide variety of brands, something I cannot say for some of their other competitors.
Very nice DSW! Fully stocked and the staff here were exceptional! I mean really nice and caring. I felt like a valued customer and they went above and beyond to try and help me find the shoes I was looking for and when/how to get a pair. The customer service was outstanding from this team member and the one who greeted me at the door. The service goes a long way! Great store with great deals as well. They have every shoe you could need and style and a huge array of sizes. Stop in and find your fit!

Let’s just say visit Paramus/Parsippany… The DSW ..Wayne location they never ever have enough cashiers.. it doesn’t matter what time of day…It’s always One cashier at the register and one really long line…!!! Pros: Okay they have a variety of shoes ..They will assist you with measuring your child’s feet..Staff welcome you when entering the store.. Bathrooms are always clean…Cons: Good Luck when checking out..… Shop online or go to Parsippany..This isn’t my first visit either and I must say there is always a long line, which could wrap around the entire mall…
Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere! They don’t respect or value your time.

At first the website was down, then when I called a customer service rep said they will call me back in 4 hours and I will receive a $10 discount. After no one called, I went back to the website and tried to order again but I could not get the $10 discount. I then noticed a email from DSW that said I had left something in my bag (cart) at this point I went back onto the website and I chatted with a customer service rep who told me they could not process credit cards by chat and gave me a number to call. Once I called, a very polite helpful service rep helped me with my order. Your welcome for my patience...
Went to get a gift card for a present, store is clean, and I got in and out party quickly.
They were the first store to have the shoe that I wanted in the right size But then I waited 30 minutes in the checkout line because there was only one cashier (among 7 registers) despite seeing 3 other employees in and out of the desk area. That said, Ebony was really nice to me once I finally got up to her.
Bought shoes there took them home and decided against them. Brought them back to credit my account. They told me it takes 7-10 business days to reflect my credit. But when purchased it debited my account instantly. Shameful. Careful when returning. I’ll never use them again.
